Our uptime framework describes the maintenance windows, incident notification process, and service-level expectations for each plan. Client data is kept confidential and handled in line with the regulations that apply in Mexico and the wider region. Billing is charged in advance, renewals are announced before they take effect, and maintenance is scheduled with advance notice wherever possible.
